The Position

Cibola is seeking an experienced AV Field Technician who will help our corporate Clients get the most value from their installed audio visual systems. In this role, you will also provide leadership in recommending and implementing AV system upgrades.

The Requirements

Youâ??re an ideal candidate for this position if you have the ability and desire to:
â?¢ Understand our Clientsâ?? need, recognize their goals, and work with them to ensure success
â?¢ Quickly troubleshoot and resolve service issues related to integrated audio visual systems
â?¢ Perform scheduled maintenance on audio visual systems and equipment
â?¢ Build and install integrated system upgrades, including rack configuration, system cabling/wiring and equipment placement
â?¢ Read, understand, and update engineering schematics
â?¢ Work on your own at Client sites, while collaborating with the Cibola team when you need our support
â?¢ Focus on delivering excellent quality, accuracy and high value to Clients

You will also need to:
â?¢ Translate technical information in a way thatâ??s readily understandable to Clients
â?¢ Continue building your skills and gaining new certifications in audio processing, control software, and videoconferencing
â?¢ Act professionally and ethically at all times
â?¢ Be able to lift up to 40 pounds
â?¢ Have a clean driving record, and reliable transportation to drive to project sites
â?¢ Have a BS degree and/or professional certifications
