Local Site Security Team member providing customer support to employees from new hire candidates to fulltime employees. Candidate will assist with all matters related to personnel security. Tasks will include processing of required paperwork for clearances, briefings, visit requests, citizenship verification, and badging in a high volume office environment. Must have the ability to communicate in person and on the phone to remote customers on a daily basis. Candidate will maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism while preparing, handling, and processing information. U.S. Citizenship and a current U.S. DoD Secret Clearance are required.

Applicant must have existing/current Secret clearance.
Must have experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience using JPAS.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel with tact and professionalism.
Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be flexible, able to multi-task, possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to function in a team environment.
Familiarity with all aspects of personnel security and the security clearance process as it pertains to DoD clearances.
Maintenance, run report, and updating of Access Commander (AC) database as it pertains to personnel security.
High School, Secondary school or equivalent with 6 years experience.
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization. 129040
