Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

Seeking candidate with experience developing requirements for analytic tools or tools utilized by analysts. Location: McLean; Hours: Core (9-3); Function: Candidate will work at a project level with primary responsibilities for project coordination and requirements management, along with documentation, technical evaluation and writing.
Candidate will work at a project level with primary responsibilities for project coordination and requirements management, along with documentation, technical evaluation and writing:
1. Requirements Gathering: Identify user groups with specific social media technology across Directorate and partners. Set up interactions with these groups, and elicit use cases from these discussions, translating use cases into formal requirements for tools and capabilities. Document and submit requirements to technology partners, and monitor status of requirements via formal tracking system (should be good with Excel and JIRA). 
2. Tool Evaluations: Support customer in creating and executing test and evaluation plans based on user needs and associated requirements. Customize evaluation documentation for technical tool testers, staff social media experts, and end users. Ensure that evaluation plans are implemented consistently and thoroughly documented. Write up findings and recommendation documents. 
3. Coordination: Track status of major project deliverables. Organize meetings on use cases, testing, evaluation, and related topics. Capture and disseminate meeting notes. Track action items, ensuring they are completed. 
4. Knowledge Management: Document best practices and lessons learned on social media-related needs and processes.

1. Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more high profile contract programs.


2. Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).


3. Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.


4. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.


5. Interacts regularly with high-level customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.


6. Performs business development activities.


7. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees, and may have supervisory responsibility.


8. Serves as a team or task leader.


9. Participates in special projects as required.


10-15 years of related finance or business analysis experience.

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
