Currently, ManTech is seeking amotivated, career and customer oriented Circuit Design Engineer to join ourteam in the Marshall, VA. area to provide unparalleled support to our customerand to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:
•Performas a senior technical participant with knowledge and experience in designingand implementing circuit connectivity at multiple diverse locations.
•Developcommunications architectures utilizing a combination of new and legacytechnologies accompanied with various services to provide a complex enterprisesolution.
•Providedetailed planning, comprehensive ground-up designs for global deployments toinclude all facets of communication technologies.
•Schedule,tracks and monitors subscriber integration events and status. Support includesoffsite assistance in requirements definition and continues through the circuitallocation, engineering and acquisition process.
•Coordinatetechnical assistance during installation, upgrade, cancellation, and disconnectactions.
•Providesleadership and engineering direction to the design of Wide Area Network (WAN)and MetropolitanArea Network (MAN) systems.
•Currenton technological developments and applications, and evaluate vendor products tomake recommendations for purchase
•Draft network and circuit requirementsfor vendor solicitation
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent incomputer science or a related field, and five or more years of relevantexperience
•Experience in LAN/WAN and EncryptionDevice technologies and their underlying protocols
•Strong Analytical Skills
•Attention to detail
•Organizational/Time management skills
•Must be willing to travel up to 25% ofthe time
•CCNA Certification Required
An active and current TS/SCI clearanceis required.
