BAS (Building Automation Systems) Technician - Contingency Hire
Operate and maintain the BAS and Power Monitoring System in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and in accordance with the installation and operating parameters within the facilities.
Required experience
5 years' experience in Operations and Maintenance of building computer and microprocessor controlled systems. 2 of the 5 years must have been spent working in direct maintenance of Siemens or Honeywell BAS systems and a minimum of 3 years' experience working in direct maintenance of BAS in large modern commercial or government office buildings.Education
Technical degree or see License requirements
Certifications and licenses
Journeyman (HVAC or Steamfitter)
Clearance
Top Secret
Additional requirements:
Must be fluent in English
Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
