SAIC is seeking Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analysts to support INSCOM and the Army OSINT Office (AOO) at multiple locations CONUS and OCONUS. OSINT Analysts organize, analyze, and develop reliable intelligence products necessary to aid situational understanding, support the development of plans and orders, and answer information requirements that have immediate or potential impact on the client’s global intelligence operations, personnel and capabilities, and enhance situational understanding. Analyst will also provide all-source data and analytic products in support of ongoing global operations, emerging situations and planning efforts for near-, mid-, and long-term efforts, to help decision makers understand the threat to U.S. forces. If selected, candidates will support the Army OSINT Office at Fort Belvoir, VA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities.
i. Producing daily, weekly and monthly intelligence summaries as directed.
ii. Conducting analytic exchanges with IC partners and operational forces to maintain communications and situational awareness of daily activities within assigned AOR.
iii. Research, evaluate, correlate, analyze, integrate and interpret information from multiple intelligence and operational sources of target systems analysis and cyberspace planning.
iv. Prepare and present intelligence briefings.
v. Provide open source intelligence support to the planning and execution of exercises to include analysis and production for scenario development and road to war briefings, and active participation in the exercises.
i. Security Clearance required: Current TS//SCI.
ii. Experience required: Six (06) years’ experience in Intelligence Analysis.
iii. Education required: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or four (04) years’ additional experience or Associates' degree and six years' additional experience.
Two (2) or more years’ of relevant Open Source intelligence (OSINT) experience, including:
i. Researching, reviewing, evaluating, and integrating Open Source data to contribute to and/or produce draft and finished Open Source assessments.
ii. Verbal and written interpretation/translation (the ability to identify and analyze problems and then generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with various elements of DoD.)
iii. Writing professional intelligence products (reports, briefings, etc.)
iv. Providing direct customer support.
v. Working as part of multi-discipline teams.
vi. Ability to multi-task and accomplish tasks with limited supervision and respond to short-notice tasking.
Additional Preferred Experience
i. Graduate of OS301 Course
ii. Graduate of OS302 Course
iii. Graduate of CASO Course
iv. Prior experience working with US Army or any DOD Cyber Command.
v. Experience in other intelligence disciplines including:
1. All Source Intelligence.
2. Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
3. Human Intelligence (HUMINT)
4. Imagery Intelligence (IMINT)
5. Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT)
vi. Candidates with experience in Intelligence Analysis in direct support to operations (military or government) will receive strong consideration for this position and may qualify for additional compensation depending on the nature of the experience and the extent of the applicant’s qualifications.
