KBRwyle is looking for an experienced Paralegal to support its Vice President of Contracts & Procurement, Chief Counsel.

Work will include interactions with KBRwyle executive leadership and senior members of the Contracts & Procurement Department.

Tasks will include the following:

Conduct legal and media-based research to support the company’s contractual and legal positions on matters.

Assist in drafting and implementing improved processes relating to contracts and procurement.

Review, edit, and in some cases draft contractual documents and correspondence.

Assist in developing and maintaining systems and tools for tracking matters that are escalated to the VP of Contracts & Procurement.

Prepare summaries and conduct briefings for the VP of Contracts & Procurement on key matters.

Assist with developing and reporting of metrics associated with the quality of performance of the Contracts & Procurement function.

Assist in developing internal training materials for Contracts & Procurement personnel.

Support due diligence reviews and transactional documents associated with merger, acquisition and divestiture activity.

Manage special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years paralegal or equivalent experience.

Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Ability to establish and adjust priorities.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a corporate legal department.

Experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
