Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Job Location: Crystal City, VA
Security Clearance: Clearable


Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
Work with internal teams and Line managers to identify, interview and hire needed talent across the firm.
Develop recruiting strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, and other sources.
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments and interviews.
Actively use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
Participate in employment events, such as career fairs
Follow and adhere to OFCCP.
Perform other duties as required


10+ years of senior recruiting experience, Must Have DOD & DHS Proposal Recruiting Experience.
Experience in recruiting for all levels of cleared candidates and an understanding of hiring in the Government Contracting space
Proven and successful experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes to include: sourcing, screening, negotiating and closing candidates
Hands-on experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
Exceptional work ethic, exemplary communication skills both oral and written
Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure
Highly engaged, organized, and personable
Familiarity with social media (Twitter, FaceBook, Google+, Instagram) and other professional networks (LinkedIn)
Understanding of fair employment practices
Ability to recommend, host / coordinate and attend job fairs / invitationals
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate changing work priorities
Must be US Citizenship, Active clearance preferred, but must be clearable

Desired Qualifications: AIRS certified strongly preferred

Education: Bachelor�¢�?�?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field desired
