The position requires a mix of intelligence backgrounds/disciplines with experience in, Intelligence collection, analysis (across all Intelligence disciplines), reporting, and dissemination in Tactical and/or Strategic environments with emphasis on Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) FMV exploitation operations, J-STARS MTI exploitation, National imagery exploitation, commercial imagery exploitation and cross-cueing operations. Instruction shall be provided to Active and Reserve officers, noncommissioned officers, Soldiers and government civilians in support of the USAICoE & FH mission. Candidate will provide services of full time instructor/ /training developer to instruct, develop and update training products to meet the needs of current and future Imagery Intelligence Analysts and the newly designated intelligence discipline GEOINT training. Candidate will serve as a GEOINT course SME.
Services include, but are not limited to instruction and course development support for Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation, Imagery Derived Products (IDP’s),National imagery exploitation, Commercial or Remote Sensing exploitation, Joint Surveillance Target Acquisition Radar System (J-STARS) Moving Target Indicator(MTI)exploitation, cross-cueing operations between all GEOINT sensor types, FMV basic flight operations on Multiple User Simulation Environment (MUSE) systems, communication techniques such as MIRC, Voice over Internet Protocol(VOIP),report writing manual and automated with reports, IDP’s, JPEG images and video-clips (MPEG) all together, function as NCOIC/OIC of section during scenarios, function as Field Artillery Intelligence Officer (FAIO) for targeting purposes during scenarios, incorporate/cross-cue with other intelligence disciplines, ensure all systems are operating properly, ensure training is most current and advanced available, and incorporate geospatial data training into flow of course all in an ACE environment at all skill levels(basic and advanced).
