GENERAL SUMMARY **:
Supports the development of program plans, estimates, creation of baseline budget, and risk identification. Analyzes and validates project costs; analyzes project performance status. Assists in the forecasting process (cost input and manpower). Facilitates and supports program plans and estimates, creates baseline budgets, and identifies cost and schedule risks.** Analyzes and validates project cost and schedule performance status. Capable of synthesizing information and recommending solutions. Coordinates program level PM Reviews. Prepares and publishes program metrics and reports. Basic demonstrable skills in applying and using cost and schedule tools. Ability to identify cost/schedule variance, analyze estimate at completion, and analyze program schedules. Ability to reconcile contract to baseline by element of cost. Ability to maintain status schedule/milestones, facilitate estimates to completion, and process scope changes. Ability to analyze headcount needs, level resources, and identify
expenditure trends. Ability to build WBS. Ensures process compliance with applicable government standards, internal controls and GAAP. Complies with all MPF ISO-9002 policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
