Subcontracts Manager

Position Description/Job Responsibilities

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Under minimal supervision, actively participates in managing and administering Contractors engaged in construction activities for oil and gas related projects.

Facilitates communication between Client, Company and Contractors and manages all Contract documents including the day-to-day pre-award and post-award administration of subcontracts.

This position reports to the Regional Subcontracts Manager (Americas) located in Houston, TX. The position will be site based on a project located in Edison, New Jersey for a period of about 12 months with a start date of January 2019.

Candidate must be able to complete this site assignment under the Terms and Conditions set forth by KBR and the client.


Must have excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail and commercial/risk awareness. 10

years experience in Subcontracts formation and administration.

An undergraduate degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration provides an excellent educational background for the position.
