Raytheon Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) product line is seeking a Program Manager for operational flight software development, test and maintenance programs. This new position is responsible for program leadership of a multidiscipline team to achieve contract commitments including financial, quality, technical, and schedule; customer relationship building; and the development of proposals for new efforts. The program manager uses project management tools and procedures (e.g. EVMS, IMS/IMP, Risk Management) to achieve program and business goals. Excellent leadership and communications skills are necessary for team motivation and establishing clear roles, responsibilities, goals and objectives, as well as for reporting progress both internally and externally. This person will collaborate with the other product line program managers on establishing business growth strategies and tactical direction.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of direct experience relevant to program management and/or software development
  • Understanding of IMS and EVMS implementation and execution to include achieving EAC requirements
  • Ability to monitor, interact and course correct technical teams to support customer goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
  • US Citizenship

Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of Software ADA and C coding and test
  • Knowledge of agile software development process
  • Experience with flight software sell-off, both in a lab and on an aircraft
  • Experience with proposal development
  • Experience interfacing and working with Government and/or DoD Prime customer

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
