KBRwyle is seeking an innovative and energized professional to assist in fueling the rapid growth of our organization.

Be part of a competitive recruiting team that specializes in scraping repositories, mining social media and engaging highly sought-after passive candidates with high level security clearances. In this position, you will collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers in our Engineering Business Unit to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies for a wide range of customers within the Department of Defense. You will use your skills to identify top industry talent and introduce them to the many opportunities KBRwyle has to offer.

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field is preferred.

• Experience in customer service, retail sales or the like • Ability to take initiative and drive tasks to closure

• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

• Effective time-management and prioritization skills
