About the role

We are looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our established pensions team. Delivery focused and used to working with a team, this role will have contact with key stakeholders, ensuring Service Level Agreements for our internal pension scheme are met. You will have a key role in our relationships with HMRC and our external providers, ensuring we deliver appropriate levels of service.

About you

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the administration of defined benefit schemes and preferably also in defined contribution schemes. In addition to significant knowledge of occupational pension arrangements, HMRC and DWP legislative requirements, ideally they will have attained or be studying towards the Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision (APMI) or equivalent. They will also have a positive, customer focused attitude, the ability to prioritise and work well within a team, as well as the drive to deliver continuous improvement. A large part of the role will involve the training and mentoring of junior colleagues so the successful individual would need to be conscientious with excellent organisation and communication skills.
