About the role

As a Senior Entity Capex Controller to one of our Entities or Group & UK Functions you will:

  • Lead a team of Investment Accountants 
  • Provide project managers with financial challenge and support across the UK capital investment portfolio
  • Be responsible for delivering accuracy, integrity and completeness of all related capex financials into the entities and functions
  • Produce high quality capex forecasts
  • Be responsible for the delivery of insight and commentary to the Capital Delivery and Entity leaderships
  • Responsible for transformational change across a number of legacy processes/systems and SOX Controls

About you

  • At this level, a recognised accountancy qualification is a must
  • You will demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills and have extensive experience in managing teams 
  • You will be an expert with reporting financial information, accounting and reporting pronouncements
  • Proven experience with governance, risk and internal control frameworks and control framework assessment and assurance
  • An expert in financial modelling, planning, forecasting and budgeting with experience of transaction and close process management
  • Experience of driving and leading change programmes
