This position supports the Javelin program; a Joint Venture company between Raytheon and Lockheed Martin and part of the Land Warfare Systems Product Line. The Subcontract Manager will perform all the Supply Chain requirements including supplier development, requirement solicitations, PO award, post-award management, and close-out activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing several supplier relationships necessary to support various program factories. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

Job Duties Include:
•Issuing of RFPs/RFQs in support of requirements supporting customer delivery schedules and various statement of work (SOW) requirements
•Generating comprehensive and compliant purchase orders with minimal supervision
•Ensuring that hardware deliveries are coordinated, managed and consistent with program schedules
•Managing supplier relationships with sufficient acumen to quickly determine supply interruptions and work with JV counterparts to develop work around plans to mitigate issues
•Preparing, attending and presenting status at Customer meetings and reviews on such topics as open requisitions, PO placement, and delivery updates, etc.
•Working with JV Accounting to process timely supplier invoice payments
•supporting and properly planning supplier invoice forecasting
•Occasional travel is required

Required Experience, Education & Skills:
•At least 6 years of related experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field
•Strong familiarity with the application of concepts and principles of Subcontract Management
•Advanced Knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel and Word
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with various disciplines
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Detail oriented

•Experience processing internationals purchase orders, ensuring compliance with RTN EX/IM requirements is desirable
