The Sensors-Unmanned and Rotary Wing Product Office, PM SAI is looking for a SIGNIT SME to support acquisition, fielding capabilities, ILS product support and Equipment and Training Specialist with Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Warfare (EW), C4 ISR and Operations training experience . This candidate will work closely with the logistics team for development of and Validation/Verification of the Technical Manual supporting the Tactical SIGINT Platform (TSP) and STARLite programs (including software user's manuals), and to provide New Equipment Training (NET) to the Military Intelligence Battalions (MIS). Work with logistics team to develop the Material Fielding Plan for the TSP. Routinely called on to coordinate training, TSP testing, operations and logistics with the (MIBs).


Must have prior experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of SIGINT, EW and C4ISR systems.

Prior experience developing and implementing training and technical assistance plans are required for this role.

Must have experience in supervising and conducting


Must have experience managing all systems engineering, performance and logistical requirements specific to the acquisition of SAR/MTI, SIGINT and EW systems, fielding new capabilities and planning and coordinating scheduled training events.

BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 10 years of experience or HS Diploma and 14 years of experience is required for this role.

A TS/SCI security clearance or the ability to obtain one is required for this position. Must have a current active clearance to be considered for this role.
