Basic Program Overview: ManTech is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Alexandria, VA to provide exceptional support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
The Surveillance, Collection, and Operations Support (SCOS) Program Analyst will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to government leaders. Support includes coordinating research and development projects, end-user requirements, and reviewing technical proposals. This position will be working in the area of Surveillance, Collection, and Operations Support for an organization that rapidly identifies and develops capabilities to combat terrorism for the Department of Defense and the other Government organizations.
Provide technical advice and assistance on SCOS matters.
Review proposed solutions for technical feasibility.
Ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects.
Develop procurement packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and other vendor solicitations including Statements of Work, Technical Evaluations, Independent Cost Estimates, Contract Data Requirements Lists, etc.
Prepare technical and financial information for briefings, presentations, and status reports.
Support operational planning, testing, system fielding, and sustainment efforts.
At least 5 years’ experience working in Military Intelligence
Experience with HUMINT, MASINT, and SIGINT
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Biometrics, Recognition, Identity Intelligence, Tracking, and Exploitation (BRITE)
Cyber and Convergence Technologies
Human Language Technology and Media Exploitation (DOMEX)
Surveillance and Counter-Surveillance
Experience with Special Operations Forces (SOF) and Special Mission Units (SMU)
