This is an opportunity to join the Tactical Radars Directorate of the Mission Systems and Sensors Business Area as the 3DELRR Earned Value and FP&A Manager. You will lead the management of cost control, schedule and EVMS compliance, and financial forecasting and execution for the program. As the Earned Value and FP&A Manager you will be a key member of the Program Leadership Team and lead and influence the various Raytheon and Partner Execution Teams. The selected individual will be responsible for all aspects of Earned Value Management and oversight of finance activities including review of Earned Value reporting, Joint Surveillance Reviews, EAC’s, monthly forecasts, AOP/Five Year Plan, and funding analysis for the Program. The individual is critical to the successful execution of a highly complex schedule and cost sensitive, technologically challenging, and strategic FPIF Program and accompanying Capital portfolio.
The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across a variety of programs and work with all levels of the organization. Position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management as well as execute hands on with a very lean finance team.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
·Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance
·Monthly financial forecasts
·Creation of the Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Five Year Plan
·Monthly variance and data analysis
·Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development
·Baseline establishment and maintenance
·Lead for Integrated Baseline Reviews and Joint Surveillance Reviews
·Preparation of detailed CDRLs in support of contract requirements (such as Contractor Performance Reports (CPRs) and Contractor Funding Summary Report (CFSRs))
·Maintain program logs (MR,UB, BCRs, etc.)
·Provide financial guidance to Program Directors, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)
Candidate will work in a challenging and fast paced team environment. Frequent interaction with various functions and multiple levels of leadership (both internally and externally) will require the successful candidate to use their strong presentation and communication skills, and be able to operate successfully across multiple geographic locations and diverse performing organizations.
·6 years applicable work experience in Financial Management and Programs
·Experience with Raytheon Financial Planning & Analysis Processes and Systems
·Experience beyond entry level with Earned Value Management Principles and Processes or similar systems
·Experience using PMX to generate BCR’s / SWA’s / VAR’s
·Experience overseeing Fixed Price Programs
·Experience on high visibility projects and programs
·Experience with current DoD regulations associated with FAR/DFARS/TINA/CAS
·Hands-On experience on DFARS EV Programs and SAP EV / PMX Toolset
·Ability to multi task and work on several different program issues concurrently
·Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in written form
·Inquisitive (and acts on it) with strong analytical and mathematical skills
·BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or related business field.
