KBRwyle Software and IT Solutions Sector is seeking an Ordnance Analyst and Logistics Specialist to join our Vector software development team.

Vector is a powerful, next-generation logistics analysis tool which provides recommendations for management to address issues which degrade fleet readiness, increased operations/maintenance cost, forecasting supply requirements, and management of asset availability.

The successful candidate will understand ordnance management policies and programs, military weapon systems and logistics, maintenance data systems, and support equipment transactions. The candidate will create documents necessary to convey ordnance analytics into software development tools.



A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of U.S. Aviation Ordinance experience; 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for degree.

Clearance Requirement: US Citizen with a DoD Secret clearance or an US Citizen eligible for a DoD clearance.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Knowledgeable of weapon systems, relevant manuals, and maintenance procedures

Ability to perform Logistics, Risk and Industrial Assessments on ordnance systems

Knowledgeable in ordnance trending analysis, asset management, firing reports, Captive Carry reports, Deficiency Reports, AAE Reports, and GITR Reports

Experience with the requisition, receipt, allocation, and usage of aviation munitions and the programs used to document them

Strong understanding of the Explosive Safety program

Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented

Strong verbal and written communication skills


Knowledgeable of Flight Clearances, NATOPS manuals, Stores Loading Manuals and associated checklist, NAVSEA Op 5 OPNAV 8000.16 series, Technical Directives and CNAFINST 4790.2 series

Knowledgeable on the management, storage, handling, transporting, inventory, repair, inspection, assembly, and testing of aviation munitions and aviation armament handling/test equipment

Familiar of AVDLR and AFM basic supply procedures as it pertains to ordnance
