About the role

Provide front line email and telephony services to answer employee queries. Proactively assist people through the life cycle processes of an employee , predominately payroll and benefits related. 

 

  • Manage queries from employees by answering calls and replying to emails relating to HR and employee issues.
  • Update and Manage Data within Service Now (query management solution)
  • Metrics and KPIs: Be clear on the metrics and KPIs relevant to the position and ensure these are achieved and foster and support the process of continuous improvement.
  • Internal Relationships: Work effectively with the related teams and key customers to ensure seamless working of the HR Process in People Services and seamless interconnectivity.

About you

  • Experience of working within a HR Shared Service function and generic experience of delivering a query management service aligned to legislative HR processes
  • Proven experience in a customer service administrative support role
  • CIPP qualified or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of ‘hire to retire processes’
  • Proven experience of query management of payroll and benefits related processes
  • Experience of delivering payroll and benefits knowledge training to team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven planning and organising skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable passion and commitment to excellence in continuous improvement and quality
