Job Description
1 Detailed Project, Resource and Work Plans for all Critical Utilities Projects

2 Manage all project resources and contractors

3 Undertake, direct or assist others in the preparation and approval of Capital Expenditure Proposals

4 Assist with preparation and management of key Critical Utilities related engineering and supply contractsâ?? Facilities, Generation, Distribution, Measurement & Automation

5 Ensure key project management documents are prepared and maintained as per CSLâ??s Project Management Guidelines

6 Work with internal and external technology and project execution partners to Engineer, Design, Implement and Validate projects within Critical Utilities areas of CWFI, HWFI, PW, Clean Steam, HVAC and Bulk Utilities.

7 Ensure projects are completed and handed over to Plant Critical Utilities team as per CSL Project guidelines.

8 Point of contact for Regulatory Agencies, HS&E, State inspections, Insurance inspections, etc. (Critical Utilities related)

9 Preparation of Department Budgets and Forecasts.

10 Assist Plant Critical Utilities Lead / Manager as and when required.

11 Provide direction on resource allocation, including personnel, PMs, calibrations, and equipment.

12 Places a high priority on developing others through coaching, feedback and developmental goals.

13 Foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee selection, training and mentoring while focusing on operational efficiency and the elimination of â??non-value addedâ?? activities.

15 Complies with requirements from CSL Behringâ??s Safety Program, including Health and Safety mandates and OSHA requirements.

16 Completes any other duties/responsibilities assigned by senior management.


Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. In lieu of a bachelorâ??s degree an Associateâ??s Degree with a minimum of ten years of experience in a related field is acceptable.


Minimum of five yearsâ?? experience pharmaceutical, food or chemical process industry

Functions as a lead in making day-to-day decisions in matters specific to personnel

Must be computer proficient in the use of the many programs required to operate and manage facilities - Trackwise, SAP, FMS, Ariba, DCMS

Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean principles a plus

Advanced skills in MS-Project, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Visio, and MS-Outlook
