The successful candidate will develop strategies, establish and manage resource requirements, and recommend organizational direction to enable the flawless implementation and effective use of SAP enterprise-wide. The candidate will be accountable for overseeing a team that will lead the discovery, build, training, deployment and stabilization for all Direct Materials and MRO. The candidate must be able to build relationships, problem solve and influence across many levels within the extended Supply Chain including plant users, Enterprise Procurement, Operations, R&D, Quality, Engineering, Finance and several corporate functions. They must have the ability to champion a cause and collaborate cross functionally to identify and implement process improvement opportunities. Location flexible.
Responsible for completion of present and future state process flows, swim lane mapping, and ensuring a thorough gap analysis to identify and resolve change management.
Establish Budget, Resource Requirements, Scope for integration activities.
Serve as a change leader, collaborating with business partners and IT teams to design/refine standardized communication, training, and process change plans to be customized based on each facility’s needs.
Establish goals, metrics, and governance requirements for successful integrations.
Leverage and develop the team through the nourishment of our people with support under our corporate umbrella of HR policies and programs for Recruiting, Training, Performance Management, etc.
Streamline Supply Chain processes across the organization.
Foster positive, productive, proactive relationships with a wide variety of cross functional partners.
10+ years’ experience in Procurement/Supply Chain preferably with a mix of technical and purchasing experience.
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA would be a plus.
Strategic thinker able to get to the heart of issues rapidly and accurately without overly relying on massive amounts of information.
Deep understanding of centralized and de-centralized procurement models.
Experience in all aspects of the procurement cycle, RFP, Contracting, Supplier Management, MRP and Operational Procurement execution.
Experience as a buyer across multiple categories
Outstanding communication skills with internal/external stakeholders
Passionate, high-energy change agent with experience in driving supply chain improvement in complex, matrix organizations.
Entrepreneurial traits such as confidence, inquisitive nature, resilience, tenacity, high energy, self-reliance, independent thinking, a sense of urgency, persistence, drive, determination and professionalism.

Track record of delivering results in both a single unit and across the entire organization.
Experience using systems and process changes to achieve increased days till pay, direct and indirect cost savings.
Extensive experience leading successful teams and projects (team development, planning, critical thinking, team-based problem solving)
Demonstrated strengths in relationship building, problem solving, and conflict management.
Proven SAP and/or BPCS experience/knowledge is a plus.
Prefer CPG experience with an understanding of the Purchase to Pay process.
Estimated travel: 25-30%
