ManTech Growth & Capabilities (G&C) is seeking a hands-on Cyber Solutions Architect with a passion for Security, Network, and Systems Engineering in a DevOps environment, the ability to develop, implement and lead a specific technical strategy based on client and market needs.

The ideal candidate will have a high level ability to understand and assess new technologies and understanding their applicability to business. The candidate will provide technical leadership and service delivery strategy by actively identifying and solving complex problems, envisioning and enabling critical processes, and fundamentally helping the team and our customers achieve their objectives. The candidate will provide relevant, thoughtful and prescriptive advice, grounded in relevant experience, with clarity and objectivity. Must manage and implement multiple work streams in a timely manner ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Performs as a hands-on Networked Systems & Security Architect and expert technical practitioner, in a small team environment, to solution and develop strategic technical capabilities as directed
  • Considered a lead and may coordinate efforts among matrixed teams performing system engineering of specialized applications and systems
  • Develops and documents security engineering guidance, processes, and procedures
  • Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations
  • Applies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines
  • Answers technical questions regarding products and services, and may take part in putting together proposals, configurations and product offerings


  • Hands on expertise solutioning with a broad array of Cybersecurity technologies, to include: Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), Integrated Adaptive Cyber Defense (IACD) technologies, Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM), Insider Threat, and Social Media Analysis
  • Experience with Security Operations, and operational Incident Response, Information Assurance, and enterprise risk management processes
  • Program Management experience to include: business development, capture management, technical proposal development and costing; personnel management, hiring, and performance improvement management, cost/schedule scoping and management
  • Management of matrixed teams performing systems development and integration to include design, installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, and back-up/restore
  • Experience with configuration management, systems documentation, and iterative development

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Requires Bachelors degree or equivalent and 15+ years of related experience
  • Minimum of four years experience in technology/tools specific to the target platforms.
  • Certifications required: CISSP and PMP
  • Other technical certifications a plus
