Provides systems engineering and technical support services that include, but are not limited to the following areas: RF systems engineering; wireless RF communications systems; RF spectrum management; RF interference monitoring; electromagnetic compatibility; signals processing; LTE and other wireless technologies (e.g., Internet of Things); systems integration; and enterprise architecture.
Support services will include generating a wide-variety of analyses, reports, briefings, and point papers on a regular and ad-hoc basis as determined necessary throughout the period of performance.
Analyzes engineering requirements documentation to determine the impact of changes to requirements at any level of the systems engineering documentation process.
The requirements documentation shall be examined to ascertain whether or not the rationale for a given change can be reviewed without the need to reconstruct the analysis process.
Uses manual and/or automated tools to assist in the performance of daily activities and assignments. The Contractor shall provide continuing coordination and technical support to the PMO, including support on matters pertaining to on-going system requirements and engineering processes and activities; software and hardware lifecycle development and gate reviews; hardware and equipment acquisitions; enterprise architecture and other relevant duties as assigned.
Monitors development activities with the intent to verify requisite IT security compliance is maintained throughout the systems development lifecycle
Performs functional analysis of a system to ensure it meets performance criteria and mission constraints and to feed the analysis results back to the subsystem development teams.
Prepares design sketches and general equipment design of simple parts, subsystem interfaces, system layouts, etc.
Performs relatively simple engineering and mathematical formulas and computations.
Prepares analysis of technical data and information resulting from tests, studies, analysis, etc.
Assists other technical personnel in the preparation of technical reports, graphs and charts.
Performs drafting, liaison, administration and other related engineering duties, as required.
May participate as a member of a team; primary contact is immediate supervisor.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Provide services for, and participate in, reviews including but not limited to: system definition and system requirements reviews, preliminary and critical design reviews, test and operational readiness reviews, and end-item pre-shipment reviews.
Provide services in aeronautical, space, and ground systems engineering; radio frequency engineering analysis; and associated disciplines.
Provide coordination support between system owners, users, and integrated product teams to assist in clarifying requirements and support design, development, test, integration, and operational transition activities
