NOTE: This is a temporary position expected to be 5-6 months in duration, depending on business needs

The Corporate and Channel Relations Administrator reports to the Business Development Operations and Corporate Relations Director and works closely with the Vice President of Business Development and other members of the Raytheon BD leadership team. This role has exposure to the Raytheon leadership team; interfaces with Corporate; and works across multiple functional areas. The primary duties will be to contribute to the development of the Missile System’s Reps and Consultant Process and monitor its execution, including leading and participating in appropriate reviews.

Major Responsibilities Include:

? Partner with the Corporate and Channel Relations Manager and both the core business development function and Product Line Business Development Executives to provide monthly, quarterly and annual metrics to support RMS growth plans

? Support monthly budgeting analysis to all key constituents to include appropriate financial, NBI, and EC profiles related to the Reps and Consultants process

? Ensure all BD budget allocations are monitored for over-runs

? Administers International/Domestic reps/consulting contracts

? Provide performance metrics for RMS consultants and representatives and participate in the development of their assessment

? Prepare presentations for senior leadership, as required

? Meets corporate requirement and timelines

Required Skills

? Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably in the domestic/international aerospace and defense market or equivalent

? Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance (US Citzenship is required)

? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and internet resources

? A working knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and portfolio management

Desired Skills-

Entry level understanding of Raytheon products and markets, technical roadmaps and business operations

•A working knowledge of the Raytheon organization and a broad understanding of the strategic planning process and the Raytheon strategic growth plan and the integration of the Reps and Consultants process
•Proven ability to develop effective internal and external relationships
•A critical thinker and change leader with ability to solve complex, time-sensitive problems a strategic thinker
•Ability to write requirements, specifications, business processes and make recommendations for improvement
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to produce superior quality work in a timely fashion while simultaneously managing numerous projects
