A Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), will be required to provide and coordinate security activities for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs. Manage Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities and oversee a COMSEC Account. Enforce government and company security policies and provide direction and guidance to senior leadership, employees, subcontractors, vendors and visitors. Interface through Security management with SCI and SAP customers and other Raytheon Security staff. Provide classification guidance with assistance to program personnel. Participate in an active Security Awareness/Education Program, conduct security briefings, support inspections and audits, and assist Security Management with investigations regarding security infractions, incidents and violations. Provide proposal security support and assistance as needed to other security disciplines.
US Citizenship with current Top Secret SCI Clearance, SSBI and Counter Intelligence Polygraph
Bachelors Degree and 4 years experience or 12 years experience in lieu of Degree
4+ years of applicable work experience in a Security discipline
Knowledgeable in one or more of the following Security disciplines: Personnel Security, Physical/Technical Security, or Program Security Officer
Knowledgeable of SCI Security requirements, Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), and applicable customer security directives
Be a team player that projects a professional demeanor to include a customer-service focus and demonstrated ability to positively engage with senior company leadership in providing security guidance and assistance.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to make sound decisions and take independent actions
Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and provide focused solutions
Proven capability to adapt to changing work environments and successfully work under pressure to include the ability to positively interact with customers on policy issues
Ability to prioritize on a daily basis and manage to schedule
