Description:Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking an entry-level higher to support our STEM Program office. The individual would report into the Senior Manager of our STEM Program within our Talent Acquisition organization.
The individual would be responsible for:

-Support execution of the oneLM Stem Strategy to increase high school engagement and internship experiences

-Manage STEMPremier through digital bading strategy to track, monitor and recruit student for work-based learning experiences to include pre-apprentice/apprentice program for 2 yr and 4 yr targeted audiences

-Partners with the growing number of business areas STEM resources to define KPIs for STEM talent pipelining programming

-Measure and track investments with our identified talent pipelining K-12 STEM partners

-Create a recruitment strategy that identified a priority list of year event attendance that aligns with investments, talent strategy and hiring demand from our business areas

The individual can be located at any major Lockheed Martin location or virtual.
Basic Qualifications:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business, Management, Industrial/Organizational, Operations or a related area with significant HR specific coursework

Relevant HR work/internship experience

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

Ability to prioritize and produce superior results under deadline pressure

Desire to learn and engage at the executive level to broaden career perspective

Ability to build effective relationships and balance interests of multiple stakeholders
