Description:Seeking a Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead for a major cruise missile development program. Responsibilities include development and production aspects of the program including foreign military sales (FMS).

The SEIT Lead will be responsible for the following tasks:

Managing the systems engineering budgets, overseeing systems engineering technical activities, team members, and risk management.

Will participate in program flight readiness reviews, and in failure review boards as needed.

Maintain open communication with the program and provide status to senior management.

SEIT Lead technical oversight includes program specialty areas such as modeling and simulation, GNC design and analysis, mission planning, requirements and analysis, systems test, image processing, and flight testing.

Manage the systems engineering team in performing trades, analyses, requirements allocation, detailed test planning and resource allocation on development, product upgrades, and production support. Analyses will be performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.

Selected candidate must hold an active Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
EVMS and budgeting experience is required.

Perform requirements definition of achievable design characteristics for an objective system.

Synthesize design characteristics into an implemental system architecture.

Own the technical specification baseline and system design.

Interact with the customer on program performance and the technical baseline.

Understand and control system interfaces and participate in ICWG's.

Define system test strategy and develop test plans and procedures.

Manage suppliers technical performance and compliance to the Statement of Work.

Selected candidate must hold an active Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
USAF and USN Customer experience and familiarity with SETR process is desired.

Prior experience integrating weapons/sensors into USAF/USN aircraft.

Demonstrated experience as the Program POC for major reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR).

Demonstrated experience testing at Government/Military Flight Test Ranges.

Existing working relationships with test range and Program Office personnel.
