Description:Information Technology (Aero IT) Program Analyst (PA)supporting the F-35 Program Unclassified and Classified environments. The Program analyst will serve as the primary interface between Aero IT and the program organizations for all Information Technology (IT) requirements. Program analysts are aligned with program leadership to ensure major program initiatives and program strategies are understood and communicated appropriately throughout Aero IT. The Program Analyst is responsible for building meaningful relationships with their program area of responsibility, including attending staff meetings and strategy planning sessions to better understand their customers’ business. The analyst will review the entire landscape of the program organization’s business to assess opportunities to leverage IT technology to support the program meeting its objectives and milestones. The analyst is responsible for working with Program leadership to understand business cases and impacts, which will be used to assess and prioritize IT requirements. The Program Analyst interfaces with customers to define and collect requirements for IT systems, functional tools, and IT infrastructure. Additionally, the program analyst responds to IT requirements associated with program contracts, providing analysis, coordination, and IT execution oversight. The program analyst will evaluate new contracts for IT impacts, align the appropriate core organizations to develop a response, and prepare/develop proposal cost estimates as needed. Provide oversight for compliance to IS&T Core processes and LM Aero IT standards. The program analyst will provide guidance and assist with shepherding IT requirements through the appropriate funding process. The analyst will manage the IT budget specific to assigned program initiatives. The analyst will maintain top level understanding of LM Aero processes, tools, and overall computing environment, along with more specific knowledge of same within assigned area of the program.

Prior knowledge of Aero IT procedures and concept of operations for acquiring and managing IT resources. Awareness of unclassified and classified IT environments optimal. Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) security protocols. Previous experience in and knowledge of LM Aero IT processes, as well as experience in IT customer service at LM Aero; Exposure to LM Aero programs and management, especially F-35; Out of the box thinker; Process Improvement/Change Agent; The ability to manage multiple priorities.
