Description:Responsible for developing and accurately maintaining detailed level schedules used to support the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG).
Develops, statuses, and analyzes Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in sufficient detail to monitor progress, assess program status, and identify performance issues in a timely manner.
Maintains and coordinates vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the Integrated Master Schedule, and the Program Summary Master Schedule. Ensures established program baseline control processes are followed.
Coordinates business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives.
Use of critical path methodology, risk analysis, and problem resolution is required. Communicates schedule impacts and proposes corrective actions to applicable stakeholders. Develop recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the contract requirements
Coordinate cost/schedule integration in support of Earned Value requirements.
Possesses the ability to generate schedule metrics and reports related to execution of the Program. Schedule presentations may include Program Management, Executive Management, or Customer Management.
Establishes and conducts data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepares for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management.
May support proposal activities including coordination with program management, program planners, IPT leads, functional leads, and CAMs as required. Determine customer requirements and translates these into organizational plans which support the development of SOWs, WBS, IMP, IMS, and Risk Assessments
Candidate should possess extensive experience with Planning and scheduling and have demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a leadership role. Will be expected to train and mentor new planners.
Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must have the ability to obtain a secret level clearance after hire.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Program Planning
Experience with Earned Value Management
Experience with Critical Path Methodology
Experience with ANSI/EIA-748 (EVMS Guidelines)
Experience in the application of integrated cost/Schedule techniques
Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with 10 years related experience or 8 years related experience with a Master’s Degree

Experience with Deltek Open Plan
Experience in Microsoft Project, Open Plan, P6, or other planning tools
Experience performing Probabilistic Schedule Risk Assessments
Proposal development
Experience with DCMA Surveillance Audits
Familiarity with DCMA Data Driven Metrics
Experience mentoring and training new Planners
MS Office Suite including Excel and Power Point
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Solid written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to handle change in a dynamic environment
