Description:This role provides Production Line Support to the F16 aircraft platform and customers encompassing all supply chain related activity inclusive of majors, non-majors, services, etc. and production line transition/stand up in Greenville, SC. The Procurement, Planning and Control Sr. Stf. will serve as the primary responsible team member for subcontracted work scope for the production line stand transition/stand up and following supporting activities and will interface directly with on-site Production Teams enabling the Production line team to successfully manage the effort. This position is expected to maintain strong relationships with the procurement teams, program leadership, and cross-functional team leadership. It is expected this individual will establish and maintain mechanisms and leading indicators for supplier and overall supply chain management program health and ensure early problem identification and timely resolution of issues to meet program goals and commitments. To be successful in this role the individual must demonstrate expertise across a range of program management, process improvement, project management, and leadership skills. The role will require knowledge of activities across the Aero Enterprise functions.

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree required
-Program Management Skills
-Experience in production of aircraft
-Experience with the Subcontract Management Process
Desired Skills:
-Experience with IFG Platform

-Strong understanding of Systems, Applications and Processes(SAP)
-Strong verbal and presentation skills and ability to successfully interface and interact with all levels of the organization
-Demonstrated learning agility
-Demonstrated business based decision making
-Experienced at identifying and building organizational talent
