Job Description Summary
The Senior Analysts will be responsible for working across service lines to plan, gather, interpret, analyze and present data sets from multiple sources. This includes coordinating and executing efforts on gathering external and internal resources, documenting sources, validating data, and integrating data into front end applications.
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Create and execute processes to gather complex data sets across a variety of internal and external sources.
o Aggregate, validate and cleanse data for implementation.
o Work with internal and external data providers to refine and streamline processes.
o Collaborate with IT, MarCom, Operations, and other service lines to ensure the seamless integration of unique service line data.
o Identify design and data problems within data infrastructure and visualization tools and in third-party data sources as applicable.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
o BA/BS required
o 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate industry or research-related field
o Experience in data entry/data management
o Ability to aggregate, harmonize and rationalize various data sources
o Professional acumen, deep understanding of commercial real estate
o Business development ability to communicate and analyze market conditions for business development
o Strong project management and organizational skills
COMPETENCIES

o Strong understanding of CRE data sources
o Critical thinking/problem solving: demonstration of good judgement to make appropriate decisions
o Knowledge of the complexities and rules within the CRE industry with the ability to capture, analyze and communicate key market metrics and indicators
