Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Integration Lead to join our team in the Reston VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. The Integration Lead role is responsible for the design, development and implementation of the system-to-system interfaces, dataflows, APIs, and integration middleware within CDM Solution. It combines aspect of integration and technical architect skills to model to CDM functionality involved; lead the development of the APIs and select the integration approaches and patterns to use with technical management skills throughout the design/delivery lifecycle for existing and new CDM capabilities.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Defining the integration and dataflow architectures, and designing the Integration approach to ETL data from tools and sensors to meet CDM Functionality Requirements
  • Leading the selection of specialist integration technology required, and being the technical contact person for CDM PMO and Agencies
  • Developing a strong team, skills and culture around integration that crosses the development, support, infrastructure and data teams

Position Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree preferred
  • CISSP certification preferred
  • Experience in industry standard approaches to systems integration, software development, message-based middleware and SOA, APIs, API management, data modelling, legacy integration techniques including DB staging tables and stored procedures
  • Python and Java development skills
  • Expertise in many key technical aspects of integration such as REST/SOAP/SOA/ESB
  • Experience with Integration tools such as Splunk, RedHat JBOSS Fuse, Informatica
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum and XP, but also with more traditional structured approaches
  • Expertise with distributed development and major version control systems such as SVN and Git, automated testing and modern development approaches such as TDD and BDD
  • Good communicator at multiple levels and across multiple disciplines
  • Adaptable - The role requires a willingness to take on tasks outside of a narrowly defined role, and ideally a desire to be multi-skilled
  • Capable of working to both tactical and strategic timescales
  • Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environments
  • Team Player, able to provide input into a multifunctional team
  • Self-motivated, capable of working with limited supervision, pro-actively reporting on status and tasks
