Provide Executive Support Services including preparing documents in appropriate format to meet Air Force and DoD requirements, i.e. reports, talking papers, staff studies and briefings and SMC communications policies and templates; prepare correspondence; maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules, schedule meetings and conferences including those involving staff from outside the immediate office; answer telephones, forward messages, and provide responses to routine queries; act as Travel Clerk and perform Defense Travel System functions on behalf of traveler JAW the Defense Travel Administrator’s Manual; assist in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing and monitoring action items, suspenses and responses; provide inputs and recommendations regarding administrative and office management processes and procedures; and prepare agendas, reports and briefings for staff meetings.  Utilize the tools and equipment necessary to efficiently manage the Government workflow as directed by the Government and identify any additional tools and equipment necessary to efficiently manage the Government workflow.  Identify the potential organizational structures best suited to execute the Government workflow and improve program executability.  Track tasks assigned to the government and report daily status of assignment completion to the Government.  Support the scheduling and logistics of senior leader governance forums and provide PowerPoint presentations that meet government requirements, to include coordinating inputs among various stakeholders and preparing meeting agendas. When requested, the Subcontractor shall provide facilitation for the Enterprise Master Schedule effort among the internal and external stakeholders. (CDRL A004) Serve as the primary focal point for LE and divisions in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing and monitoring action items, suspense and responses using government’s TMT tool and other applicable Microsoft tools. (e.g., Excel, Adobe Acrobat) Coordinates with other government, DoD agencies, and SMC Directorates to clarify requirements, monitor and close taskers.  If information pertinent to the tasker resides in LE’s Knowledge Management tools, the Subcontractor shall prepare a draft response to attach to the tasker. For other tasks requiring collection of input from more than one LE division into attachments loaded in TMT, the Subcontractor shall furnish a properly formatted shell in TMT to collect division inputs. Subcontractor shall harmonize division inputs for format and content at the directorate level before submitting for review/approval by cognizant USG personnel.
