Raytheon Missile Systems is hiring an Administrative Specialist who will report directly to our R6s Quality Director.

Job Description:

Quality and Mission Assurance is seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide a full range of direct administrative support. The Administrative Specialist will report to the R6s Quality Director. They will also provide additional support to the Q&MA Business Operations and NAMD Program Director as needed. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated competencies in communication, organization and technology. They will also have sound judgment and understand the importance of teamwork and customer service.


•Two years experience with Microsoft Office Tools

•Solid Organizations Systems, organized and manages time and workspace

•History of demonstrating valuable soft skills: flexibility, while learning quickly and confidently; self-motivated and willing to take initiative to improve processes

•History of performing key tasks and responsibilities without supervision; anticipating needs, thinking independently, and determining appropriate next steps.

•Establishes and maintains working relationships within the Quality Organization, as well as with other organizations

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage calendars and e-mail for leadership

•Establishes and maintains working relationships within the Quality Organization, as well as with other organizations

•The ability to represent Quality and Mission Assurance R6s and Programs in a professional and friendly manner

•Familiarity with Raytheon policies, processes and procedures

•Capable of quickly adapting to new equipment, software, tools, processes

•Manage phones, record and deliver messages

•Arrange department travel schedules/reservations, and prepare business expense reports in a timely manner

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
