KBRWyle's Prepositioning and Marine Corps Logistics Services (P&MCLS) program is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistics services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) and U.S. Navy.
We are seeking a Supply Supervisor for our Jacksonville, Florida location.
Supervises and coordinates the activities of employees performing property accounting, acquisitions, material requirements planning, and account management functions in support of Marine Corps operations. Responsible for executing the account management; to include account for and tracking of equipment using account records as required to support MPS operations. Manage, direct and supervise personnel as assigned. Determine the type and sequence of work assigned on the basis of work priority and availability of inventory and supplies. Inspect work performed to ensure compliance with established procedures and strict time schedules. Works closely with other branches to coordinate receiving, LTI, reporting, shipping and transporting of retrograde assets. Coordinate with other Supervisors to ensure a close integration of processes, procedures and operations. Ensure compliance with administrative, and government directives. Duties include requirements planning, analysis, inventory records management, stock replenishment, allowance item management, DASF management, report analysis, project development, report and brief metrics, prepare/document instructions and procedures in strict compliance with local procedures,
Statement of Work and Marine Corps directives.
Supervisor, Account Management
Manages the requisitioning, tracking, receiving, issuing, shipping, disposal, and accurate accountability if Marine Corps Equipment, SL-3 and associated repair parts identified on the Equipment Density Listing for Overseas Activities in support of OIF/OEF:
Required to manage supply records in accordance with applicable Marine Corps Orders and Directives to include; MAL.CMR,DASF, and Crane reports; plan for the most cost-effective utilization of materials.
Responsible for /determines inventory stock and value, providing input to replenishment budget, generating process improvement and documenting dollar savings.
BS degree in logistic engineering, property control/inventory, supply management, accounting or related field.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of college credits, other formalized training or education, and directly related work experience may be considered.
Eight (8) years of directly related work experience in a logistics operation support environment
Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Complete the Ground Officer Supply Course or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of logistics systems, inventory management, procurement, item identifications, warehousing, and material handling.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Working knowledge of MPS Program.
