Provide administrative or secretarial support to a department and/or Manager. Typical duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Responsibilities may be unique to a specific function or department such as Procurement or Engineering, but are mainly administrative in nature. Under fairly close supervision, works to complete defined tasks in accordance with standard procedures requiring some knowledge of general office procedures. Additional Responsibilities:

Fuels Manager Defense 8.0 Accounting

Recirculation of testing and storage of petroleum products

Checking fuel conductivity, temperature, and density by using meters & thermometers

Follow all safety regulations, policies, procedures, & guidelines given by Managerment or Supervisor

Fill out fuel documents such a DD Form 1898's & DA Form 3643

Petroleum Inventory

Filling in for Fuels Supervisor in his absence

The FAS Operator will be supervising the issuing, receiving, handling, storing, & transporting of JA1/DF2 and MOGAS fuel.

Candidate should have at least the minimum qualifications

- Fuels Manager Defense 8-3 week Basic course within the last year.



years of experience as Fuels Accountant or equivalent area

Have attended the BSME 3 Week Fuels Manager Defence 8.0 Basic Class within the last year

Able to obtain a CAC CArd for system access


HIgh School Level or higher (addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division)


Able to work efectively in a team environment as well as ability to work independently with little supervision


Extremely flexible

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast pace environment

Leadership abilities

Ability to train othe personnel
