RSL Power & Training Solutions Business (Glenrothes, Scotland)
Business Context and Scope:
Raytheon is looking for an experienced programme manager to work in the Power and Training Solutions business area. The role will be focused on managing power product programs across multiple customers. The projects to be managed could include bid work, product and technology development, new product introduction and full rate production. The role will be based in Scotland but some UK and International travel will be required. We are looking for an individual who can lead teams in the delivery of complex technologies to customers.

Achieving customer requirements along with meeting the business goals of schedule, budget, deliveries, risk management and winning new/follow on business
Being able to build and develop strong Customer relationships and effective management of Stakeholders
Able to motivate people by communicating a shared vision, providing direction, setting goals and mentoring, and creating team environment that encourages people to work towards a common objective
This role will report to a Business Unit Leader
Experienced Project Manager with a successful track record in setting up and executing full lifecycle product development programmes
Risk and Opportunity management, knowledge of qualitative and quantitative risk and opportunity management techniques and tools. Able to identify and analyse project risk and opportunity data, identifying and tracking risk and opportunity mitigation/realisation plans to minimise project risk exposure and maximise opportunities
Experience of effective management of programmes using Earned Value Management, EVM
Bid and Proposal management, winning new, repeat or follow on business through leading and supplying winning proposals

Excellent time management skills
Leadership skills - ability to create, lead and motivate multi-disciplined teams
Innovative and proactive problem solver – anticipates and plans to mitigate them
Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills
Resilient - Able to operate effectively under stretching project constraints, pressure and displays sound judgment at all times

Eligible for or Holder of current SC security clearance (RSL will sponsor as required)
