Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information, and Services Business is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the Advanced Mission Solutions (AMS) program area in Aurora, Colorado. As a Program Control Analyst you will be part of a Finance team that is responsible for maintaining project cost excellence in areas of Earned Value, revenue forecasting, and corporate reporting.

Responsibilities may include the following assignments:

  • Accounting data extraction and reconciliation
  • Labor and cost transfer submittals
  • Preparation of Work Authorization Documents
  • Development of time-phased, integrated budgets and schedules
  • Monitor costs and manpower ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective
  • Measure performance (earned value) on a monthly basis and generate EV reports, graphs, and perform analysis
  • Provide internal reports on cost and schedule performance to Program Leadership and CAMs
  • Prepare internal program review presentations for Raytheon management
  • Develop financial Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for submittal to customers
  • Provide funding forecast to internal/external customers
  • Monitor billing status, unbilled issues, and cash collections
  • Work with leadership team to accurately forecast Bookings, Sales, Profit, Cash and provide variance analysis
Required Experience:


Requires a related university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Strong background in project controls/program controls/business management including proficiency with EVMS, cost analysis, and forecasting.
  • Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and reconciliations required.
  • Complete understanding of concepts and techniques related to program controls. Concepts include but are not limited to earned value management, forecasting, strategic planning, variance analysis, etc.
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with various functional organizations.
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking while keeping attention to details.
  • US Citizenship with an active Top Secret or SSBI security clearance.

Desired Experience, Knowledge, and/or Skills:
  • Experience with program controls and/or corporate finance with a classified customer
  • Experience with Microframe Program Manager (MPM), wInsight and be knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting
