SAIC is seeking a candidate to fill our Logistics A4L Trainer position vacancy. Duties include but are not limited to:
Train the AAF-equivalent office of
TAAC-Air CJ4L to develop the functions, processes and effective execution of
vehicle fleet management, aerial port operations, aircraft parts supply
training, logistics force development, logistics policy, acquisition
requirements/spares forecasting within both the AAF and ANA.
Develop, maintain and
coordinate Tashkil personnel and equipment authorizations for AAF logistics
Instruct in the
development of air movement plans in coordination with MoD, AAF A4, Aircraft
Command and Control Center (ACCC), Operations, and Logistics units.
Instruct in the
development of a variable supply and distribution system that will allow the
AAF to support the new Vehicle Maintenance Depot, ammunition-related operations
and existing general supply operations that support and sustain the AAF air
issuances, and requests between U.S. Trainers and the Afghan Supply System (for
example MoD Forms 4, 8, 9, and 14), and teach instruct AAF personnel the
processes for submitting and tracking these requests through approval and

be willing to work and live in austere and hostile environments in Afghanistan,
and understanding of the possibility to be further assigned to any location in

be willing and able to travel outside of protected areas via military convoys
