This role will be principally engaged in the identification, engagement and development of passive talent for engineering and technology skill sets critical to the future growth of the Missiles and Fire Control Business Area (MFC).

In addition to daily talent discovery our talent sourcers are also on point for deep dive strategies for medium and long term hiring solutions to include CRM driven drip marketing, hiring event sourcing support, and campaigns.
This position will serve as a Senior Talent Sourcing Recruiter supporting engineering and technology roles in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidate will have either corporate or agency experience sourcing technical talent for mid to senior level roles. This position will partner with client facing recruiting staff and will be on point for locating, cultivating and attracting talent to open positions in the organization. Ideal candidate will have experience working in an applicant tracking system, contact relationship management system, and external talent sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Google search and AIRS CIR techniques. Specific experience in defense industry requirements is desired.
Basic Qualifications:
Highly qualified applicants will have experience working in preferably a corporate talent sourcing environment but candidates with third party agency experience combined with corporate experience or solely agency experience will be considered. To be highly considered you should be an expert user in one or more applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Kenexa Brassring/Talent Suite, Taleo, iCims, Workday or similar. You should also have a fundamental capability managing your sourcing desk in CRM tools such as Avature or similar. You should be able to demonstrate past ability to convert passive talent to successful candidates measured in either converted candidate to interview or offer. High level of capability of web based talent sourcing using an array of tools beyond conventional job board search is expected for this role.

-Proven ability to develop social media driven recruiting efforts to attract high end engineering or technical talent using platforms to include LinkedIn Recruiter or other applicable tools,
-Proven results in converting passive candidates to qualified applicants, familiar with common talent acquisition analytics and tracking metrics
-Understanding of OFCCP and EEO employment law and application to the hiring process.
-Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Required
-Proven ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with colleagues, internal customers, external partners and candidates

Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of experience. An additional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Experience working with recruiting technology such as an enterprise wide applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management system or custom built candidate database. Expert in Boolean search techniques and talent engagement.
Desired Skills:
-AIRS or HCI certifications
-Experience with diversity recruiting initiatives and piloting new recruiting/sourcing technologies in a large enterprise
-Track record implementing digital recruitment marketing and e-mail campaign strategies with measurable results
