Description:Provide overall item management support for F-16 UAE, Falcon 2020, Iraq, Taiwan, or Singapore. Responsibilities include: Manage repair orders from order entry through delivery back to the customer, track and report repair delivery status to both internal and external customers, coordinate with the supply chain management team and current suppliers to determine best repair sources, ensure billing process is accurate and timely, communicate with the customers to obtain disposition on repair items, monitor turnaround times on in-work parts, verify inbound receipt and outbound shipments of units, status individual repair orders to maintain current status and estimated ship date.
Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Office
Desired Skills:
Must have good written and verbal communication skill to enable coordination with internal and external customers throughout the repair process.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience or relevant course work involving Supply Chain concepts, procurement, MRP/ERP, transportation, shipping, or business processes/concepts.
SAP, Strong Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, Power Pointl)
