Description:A Requirements Engineer is needed to lead the development of top-level and derived requirements for potential contract opportunities for an important Lockheed Martin program initiative. The Requirements Engineer will be expected to perform the following tasks:

- Work with design teams to verify that the allocated requirements are properly integrated,
- Interface with major suppliers to make sure requirements are captured and qualified,
- Support full systems qualification of a new missile, and
- Provide flight test support as required.

Relocation: Relocation assistance is possible for this exciting position.

Where can you get to from Orlando? Orlando is about an hour's drive from Cocoa Beach and the "space coast" to include NASA and the Kennedy Space Center. Tampa is about 1.5 hours from Orlando. West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.
Basic Qualifications:
Familiarity with DOORS and Rhapsody required.

Prior missile system design experience is required.

Must have an active secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
It is preferred that the employee's investigation is in scope (investigation performed within the past 5 years).

Previous experience with requirements on a relevant Program of Record is of significant value.
