Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Senior Applications Developer, in the Clarksburg, WV area, with strong Customer relationships. The FSS Division provides cyber solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Job Description and Requirements:
As a Senior Applications Developer you will work as part of a team on a large scale system supporting a nationwide user base.
Very strong software development experience in Java and Web Applications plus knowledge, experience, and expertise in the full spectrum of the software development life-cycle.
Scrum Master certification and Experience (preferably from SAFe or (Scaled Agile Framework) or Scrum Alliance)
Experience leading an Agile team
Experience with applying lean-agile leadership roles and coaching agile teams in lean-agile values; JAVA experience. The following experience is not required, but would be helpful: working in a variety of Linux environments, the Scrum Master position within a SAFe release train. This position will also be working with an Agile team developing on IBM mainframes in both z/OS and z/VM environments.
