KBRwyle is seeking a Contract Task Manager who will be responsible for the PEO Missiles and Space Contract supporting the Close Combat Weapon Systems (CCWS) and Precision Fires Rocket and Missiles (PFRMS) Project Offices. Manage $50M contract to ensure cost, schedule and performance measures are met according to scope of work. Identifies and analyzes significant program trends and issues. Forecasts and estimates program resource and funding requirements. Responsible for preparation of contract deliverables, management of tasks, reporting, and interface with government customers and subcontractors. Serves as the single contract manager and the authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer, the CCWS Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and other the government management personnel. Project management includes program control and sub-contract management of up to nine separate sub-contractors. Develops, analyzes, evaluates, advises on, and improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management. Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order and ensures timely implementation of the technical/financial solutions and schedules in the delivery orders. Monitors labor and travel costs for assigned tasks. Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects. Manages the development and scheduled delivery of quality products and services. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.

Lead and participates in capture and proposal activities. Coordinates with customers on requirements and functions related to all tasks. Performs business development efforts to increase the work effort by identifying opportunities with current and related customers. Ensures continued contract coverage for all assigned personnel.

Delivers and fulfills objectives and directions from the customer. Produces reports and briefs key leaders on significant issues.

Qualifications:

Secret Clearance is required.

An undergraduate degree and 10 years of management experience and is required.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the DoD acquisition process is preferred.

Previous management of Government contracts is preferred.

Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of systems within the purview of CCWS and PFRMS, including the M220 TOW Weapon Systems, the Integrated TOW Weapons Systems Acquisition System (ITAS), Javelin, and/or HIMARS/MLRS weapon systems is preferred.
