Job Summary
Talent and Internet research is a highly-specialized field that takes years to master. Many of the best researchers started out as recruiters who found they enjoy the discovery aspect of research more than the rest of the process. The Sr. Recruiter/Researcher will specialize in managing or identifying prospective candidates, build a talent pipeline of individuals who have not initially expressed an interest in Conagra Brands.
Position Responsibilities
Lead research professional for Talent Acquisition Team including executive search
Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and pre-close before submitting candidates to assigned recruiters
Present qualified diverse candidate pool along with assessments and make hiring recommendations to recruiting partners
Proactively develop and maintain candidate slates for current and future positions
Create on-line talent communities through the use of work management tools to develop ready to interview talent pipelines
Lead and create meet-ups and networking opportunities for prospective talent
Partner with Talent Acquisition to present passive professional talent
Execute staffing strategies that include but are not limited to enhancing diverse recruitment efforts and implement a plan to adhere to business and staffing team objectives
Maintain data and metrics to track talent pipelines through the recruitment process
Provide insights on market trends, salaries, and strategies to business leaders
Evaluate and identify areas within the current sourcing model to achieve efficiency and productivity
Manage multiple open requisitions at a time
Develop a high level of business acumen and educate potential candidates on roles
Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree required
5+ years of professional experience with research and or talent acquisition activation strategies to engage professionals
Demonstrated ability to leverage social media tools, such as LinkedIn, as a candidate identification and development tool preferred
Excellent knowledge of the internet, search engines, networking sites, job boards and industry associations/niche web sites
Demonstrated ability to assess talent and make recommendations to the business
Demonstrated ability to cultivating strong relationships, influence others at all levels, and driving change in a complex, matrix environment
Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict management, administration, reasoning and decision making skills
High level of initiative and self-motivation
Demonstrated leadership skills and influencing
Very strong personal standards of ethics and integrity
