Raytheon Global Training Solutions (GTS) delivers innovative technologies training DOD, Federal Agencies and Commercial customers worldwide. Our training solutions span across all domains to include cyber, live, virtual, constructive, gaming and all aspects of training management. Raytheon GTS has a professional opening for a Chief Solutions Architect. The successful candidate for this position will have experience, thorough knowledge, expertise, and skills in cloud infrastructure design and DevOps tools/technologies used to implement same.
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
Must be a US citizen
Experience performing infrastructure and security service design in both private and public cloud environments
Experience with the integration of COTS and/or Free and Open Source Software
Knowledge of cloud orchestration tools and technologies such as Cloud Formation and Terraform, and ability to incorporate these in system implementation activities
Experience migrating systems from bare metal and/or private clouds to public clouds such as AWS or C2S
Knowledge of and evangelist for infrastructure build automation DevOps tools, technologies, and processes (e.g. Chef, Ansible)
Knowledge of software DevOps Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools (Jenkins, Cucumber)
Experience developing containerized applications using Docker or similar tools
Ability to produce system design artifacts per CDRLs or other requirements
Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics and 10 years of architectural work experience on similar systems or a combination of 18 years of related work experience at the system of systems level. An advanced degreein computer science, information assurance, and related field is a plus.
Experience with IC service offerings and datacenters
Experience interfacing with IC customers, including presentation of information at system design reviews
Holding at least one (1) industry-standard information security management certification from a vendor or product neutral certification entity (e.g., ISC2, ISACA, GIAC)
Holding at least one (1) industry-standard information security technical advanced certification in forensics or auditing from a vendor or product neutral certification entity (e.g., ISACA or GIAC)
Raytheon experience and knowledge of engineering processes
