Job Description:

**This position will be in Burlington, MA until August 2019 and thereafter in Tewksbury, MA.**

The objectives of the Change Management, Compliance and Communications Lead will be to ensure that any new change initiatives introduced into the organization help ‘to further the organizational objectives and fit in completely with its corporate vision and mission’, ensure that these changes are compliant, and document and communicate all changes to the geographically dispersed Poland Patriot team.


The candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on people and changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, to minimize resistance to change and reducing duplication of efforts. The Change Manager will drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.


Key Duties:
Provide a comprehensive framework for Change Management across the Program


Develop and maintain a set of Compliant Processes and Tools to support the Planning and Management of Jurisdiction and Classification Assessments (JCAs) that will be required throughout the execution of the Program


Provide the delivery of a timely and consistent Management Communications process


Develop and manage a regular Communication cadence, bridging the communications across our geographically dispersed team


Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders


Provide input, document requirements and support the design & delivery of lessons learned


Basic Qualifications:


Extensive experience with Change Management and Compliance across all aspects and phases of a Program lifecycle


Detailed knowledge and extensive experience with Export Control processes: including Export Licensing, Document Marking requirements, and JCA requirements


8+ years of Program execution support experience


Desired Skills:

Demonstrated excellence of oral and written communication skills (clear, concise, uses good judgment)


Self-motivated with excellent ability to influence without authority; exhibits mentoring skills


Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations


Team and relationship building skills


Strong business acumen (demonstrated ability to consider what's good for the business) while working an assignment


Knowledge and experience with EU REACH requirements


Prior Experience with Patriot Systems and Patriot Specific Processes


Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Applied Physics or equivalent discipline.
