GDIT is seeking a Senior Remedy Administrator to support our Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35 IT program support contract.  You would provide knowledge-based, information assurance and cybersecurity IT services to the F-35 JSF Virtual Enterprise (JVE) network in support of the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO).

The F-35 Lightning II Program is the Department of Defense's focal point for defining affordable next generation strike aircraft weapon systems for the Navy, Air Force, Marines, and our allies. The F-35 will bring cutting-edge technologies to the battlespace of the future. The JSFs advanced airframe, autonomic logistics, avionics, propulsion systems, stealth, and firepower will ensure that the F-35 is the most affordable, lethal, supportable and survivable aircraft ever to be used by so many warfighters across the globe.



  1. Provide Tier 2 and 3 level support ITSM Remedy solution.
  2. Provide strong technical expertise and apply service management control methodologies to meet service level agreements, SLA metrics, and report requirements
  3. Hands-on SME understanding of BMC Remedy ITSM, including significant experience with enterprise design.
  4. Thorough understanding of networking and virtualization concepts and applies those concepts as member and leader of our IT support organization.
  5. Apply patches and updates to ensure applications are properly secured and up to date; provide recommendations to the customer for version upgrades and major revisions.
  6. Perform analysis and documentation of requirements and corresponding process analysis; monitor and manage the operating systems supporting the Remedy servers.
  7. Create and manage user documentation and provide one-on-one user assistance and planned user training as necessary.
  8. Perform other duties include execution of daily battle rhythm activities, monitor and resolve ticket queues, and monitor backup and system logs.
  9. Develop sound solutions to complex problems, produce system level reports, report status to Senior level Management.





  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Additional years of related experience, training, and/or certifications accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Hold current DoD 8570 IAT2 certification Security+ CE or higher.
  • Currently possess a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Proven Subject Matter Expert skills working with BMC Remedy.? 
  • Resolves BMC Remedy highly complex problems using significant application of technical knowledge, conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation.
